Gross foreign investments, excluding ETVE (Entidad de Tenencia de Valores Extranjeros) holding companies, rose in 2007 to €1,330 million (from €304 million in 2006), meaning 4.6% of total investments throughout Spain (€28.849 million).
Basque investments abroad
On the other hand, Basque investments abroad in 2007, excluding ETVE holding companies, amounted to €28,167 million, compared to the €2,551 million of the previous year, a spectacular increase representing 35.1% of all Spanish investments (€80,252 million).
